Key responsibilities include:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre team in accordance with all RetPro's Policies and Procedures;
2. Drive the strategic planning for the Centre;
3. Prepare and implement the Centre's Business Plan, Income and Expenditure Budget, creating value for the centre;
4. Manage, develop, mentor, and motivate centre staff;
5. Build strong, professional relationships with retailers, clients, and stakeholders.
Experience/Skills required:
1. Property Management qualification or willingness to obtain;
2. Extensive experience in shopping centre management or other commercial property management;
3. Financial acumen and reporting experience;
4. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills;
5. Ability to build value-added relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
