Are you an experienced professional seeking a challenging role in product management?


About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Superannuation Product Consultant to join our client in the superannuation industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing multiple functions and stakeholder groups within the trustee office.

This is a 3-month contract based in Melbourne, with opportunities for remote work.


About the Role:

* You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and coordinate product changes.
* You will engage with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
* You will collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, operations, risk, and finance to navigate the trustee office environment.
* You will review and update key documentation, including policies, Product Disclosure Statements (PDS), and compliance materials.
* You will lead and contribute to initiatives that improve regulatory alignment and operational efficiency.
* You will conduct business analysis to inform decision-making and process enhancements.
* You will manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Strong knowledge of superannuation products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Experience in product management within the superannuation industry is highly regarded.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the superannuation and/or insurance industries.
* Demonstrated Business Analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and documentation.
* Proven Project Management experience, with an ability to drive outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with compliance and policy documentation processes.
* RG146 qualification or compliance with Regulatory Guide 146 (RG 146) from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
