As the Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the contractual and commercial aspects of projects from early procurement through to final account. You will work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers and Commercial Managers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and profitably.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Preparing, reviewing and administering head contracts and subcontracts through to close-out
• Managing variations, claims, extensions of time and contractual notices
• Supporting the review and negotiation of client and subcontractor agreements
• Maintaining all contract correspondence and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Producing accurate cost reports, forecasts and monthly progress claims
• Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors
Experience Required:
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
• Sound knowledge of contract law and commercial principles, ideally gained on projects valued over $20M
• Demonstrated experience in procurement, cost control and forecasting
• Strong background in contract administration across both head contracts and subcontracts
• Experience preparing variations, RFIs, delay claims and contractual notices
• Well-developed organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Commercially astute with a proactive and positive attitude
