Leading and mentoring kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and service quality.
Managing inventory, controlling food costs, and maintaining kitchen budgets.
Ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly during service, particularly during peak times, and maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
Supporting the team in delivering a memorable dining experience for every guest.
