WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Managing a wide-ranging caseload of post‐operative patients and MSK presentations
* Working collaboratively with our Physiotherapist as part of an integrated rehab model
* Communicating clearly and confidently with specialists, hand therapists, coaches and professionals external to the centre
* Delivering milestone‐based rehab plans with structured assessment and progression
* Providing timely, concise updates to surgeons
* Participating in weekly mentoring + structured onboarding

* Have strong communication skills
* Want to keep improving clinically week after week

* Hold current ESSA accreditation registration as an Exercise Physiologist
* Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
EXPERIENCE
1–2 years preferred. New graduates absolutely welcome if they've got drive and a growth mindset.
