About the Role
This is a pivotal position that requires a highly organised and confident Executive Assistant to support our General Manager of Community Services.
* Manage schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, streamline communications, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Executive Assistant role, providing high level support to senior executives, understanding their needs and anticipating requirements.
We are looking for someone who is highly developed in Microsoft Office Suite Skills and proficient using Project Management tools.
* Track expenses, coordinate travel plans, and assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.
* Align administrative support to the broader goals of the organisation.
