Business Transformation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Strategy and Transformation function, you will play a pivotal role in driving meaningful change across our organization.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through workshops and structured engagement.
o Conduct current state assessments and develop future state models to identify opportunities for improvement.
o Perform gap analyses between current and future states to support strategic decision-making.
o Contribute to business case development by supporting cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments.
o Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business outcomes.

* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience navigating complex environments.
* Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse, and document business requirements and process improvements.
* Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret patterns and behaviours to support evidence-based decision-making.
