Role: Allied Health Assistant - Occupational Therapy (Open to Behaviour Support Practitioner open to offering holistic services)

Salary: $60,000 - 85,000 + super + motor vehicle allowance

About The Role We are seeking compassionate, conscientious, and motivated Allied Health Assistants to work within our Care Squared brand.
At Care Squared you must be able to provide education and support to our customers and NDIS participants, inclusive of evidence-based assessment and intervention. It is important that you display exceptional communication and time management skills and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a multi and transdisciplinary allied health team.
Amongst Your Desired Caseload You Will Manage your day-to-day client activities to support positive outcomes for your clients and their families Provide client-driven, evidence-based therapy services in home and community environments, focusing on personal goal attainment Provide therapy services either individually or as part of an interdisciplinary team Liaise with external stakeholders, such as other health professionals, NDIA-related entities, family members, educational staff, and community members, to provide individualised support plans About You We seek individuals currently studying Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology with a passion for supporting independence and potential. Strong communication skills, high computer literacy, a valid driver's license, and willingness to complete background checks are essential.
