About the Role
This is a customer-focused position responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences throughout the vehicle service process. Key responsibilities include greeting members, confirming vehicle information, and providing estimates for repair and maintenance services.
* Greeting members and verifying vehicle details
* Issuing detailed quotes for work to be performed, including recommendations for additional services
* Collaborating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
* Keeping members informed about their vehicle's status
* Addressing member concerns and complaints in a professional manner
* Preparing and finalizing repair orders
* Supporting team targets and conversion rates by fostering collaboration and achieving sales objectives
* Familiarity with revenue and profit goals
* Providing administrative support for site and mobile services, including:
* Data entry and record maintenance
* Invoice processing and payment receipting
* Handling part returns and accurate allocation of part numbers on repair orders
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking an individual with outstanding interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing. Other essential qualities include sound administrative skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective teamwork capabilities, and flexibility to travel and work between locations.
