About the Role
We are excited about recruiting a motivated and passionate Cook to join our close-knit team on a Full-Time basis at Breakers Country Club located in Wamberal, NSW.
As a Cook, you will use your culinary skills to prepare and cook a variety of dining options while maintaining the highest standards and delivering high quality, wholesome and well-presented meals to create memorable experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Manage efficient and high-quality food preparation
* Maintain presentation and consistency of food served
* Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals
* Monitor stock levels and complete stock rotations
* Ensure compliance with food handling practices and general cleaning duties
* Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality
About You
To be successful for this role, you should have the following:
* Previous experience working in a kitchen
* Hold a Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
* Food Handling certificate
* Be self-disciplined and a team player
* Ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights, weekends and public holidays
