This role involves supporting daily site operations, including reception, bookings, and group logistics detailing arrivals, schedules, allocations of guests and departures.
About the Role
* This is an entry-level position in our Guest Relations team, providing opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities
1. Be the friendly first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and professional.
2. Support daily site operations, including reception, bookings, and group logistics detailing arrivals, schedules, allocations of guests and departures.
3. Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver smooth, coordinated experiences.
4. Handle guest enquiries and concerns with confidence and care.
5. Assist with setting up and maintaining site facilities, including audio-visual equipment.
