Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to join a leading organisation specialising in Technology Services. As a highly regarded independent provider of technology solutions, the company supports a wide range of clients with essential equipment, parts, and technical services. This is an autonomous, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of warehouse operations while working closely with internal teams.
Responsibilities
* Operating a forklift to manage daily warehouse activities
* Coordinating inbound deliveries and receipting stock
* Managing dispatch and freight bookings for outbound orders
* Supporting sales and technicians with the supply of required parts and components
* Maintaining accurate dispatch administration and stock records
* Ensuring the warehouse remains organised, safe, and efficient
* Assisting with general inbound and outbound warehouse operations

* $38.00 per hour

Skills & Experience
* Valid forklift licence
* Experience in warehouse dispatch and receiving
