The Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS) team is part of Westpac’s Risk Division and responsible for detecting, deterring and fighting financial crime. As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with internal and external teams including vendors to define and execute the product vision and roadmap for financial crime prevention solutions. This also involves identifying and prioritising new opportunities for innovation, including leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies. Managing the product backlog, balancing business goals, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility. What do I need? Extensive experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in the financial services or fintech industries, with a focus on financial crime or compliance.Demonstrated experience in NetRevealStrong knowledge of financial crime regulations (AML, KYC, sanctions screening, etc.)Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindsetExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Why join us?
