About our role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Civil Operations team on a FIFO 8:6 roster ex Perth. This is a permanent, full-time role offering the chance to work on high-profile projects for Tier 1 clients throughout regional WA. Our civil projects primarily involve bulk earthworks, tailings dam construction, and haul road development.

Your focus in this role
* Preparation of construction programs and contract packages.
* Scheduling, preparation and execution of civil construction works for the project.
* Tracking project costings and forecasts.
* Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and solutions.
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
* Previous exposure to tailings and haul road construction.
* Exposure to WA mining environment.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective workplace relationships.
