About The Team

About The Role
Our Center of Excellence Product Specialists are vital in our Field Sales organization, focusing on net new and expanding customer revenue for Workday HiredScore. They guide new clients to adopt our enterprise management cloud, helping them move beyond legacy platforms. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing short-term account strategies aligned with customer goals
* Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, managing deals, and connecting needs with Workday solutions
* Collaborating with Account Executives to identify opportunities
* Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data
About You
Basic Qualifications:
* 8+ years selling SaaS/Cloud solutions to C-level executives in a field sales role
* 5+ years selling HCM and/or Talent solutions
* Experience managing a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting
* Deep product knowledge and industry trend awareness
* Experience with account planning and internal stakeholder coordination
Preferred Qualifications:
* Understanding of industry competitive landscape and customer needs
* Partnership experience with internal teams on account strategies
* Excellent communication skills
