About the Role: - As the Business Partner – Grants Management, you'll work closely with Traditional Owners, Aboriginal organisations, government agencies, and NLC teams to help drive economic opportunity. You'll support applicants in navigating the grant application process, assist with project planning, and provide hands-on help with submissions and supporting documentation. Once funding is secured, you'll continue to guide recipients with compliance, reporting, and project support—ensuring their visions come to life and thrive.
What you will Bring: - This role is more than paperwork—it's about people, partnerships, and potential. You'll need to be a strong communicator with a practical mindset, capable of juggling multiple projects, solving problems on the go, and building relationships that make a difference. You'll bring strong written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail, with experience preparing clear, purpose-driven documents.
In addition to this, you will have: - Previous experience with grant funding and associated programs, including application, compliance, financial reporting, budgeting cash flow, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.Proven success in implementing project/program management activities to a high standard, with an ability to harness resources to effectively plan, coordinate, manage, and complete activities.Current C Class Drivers Licence and the ability and willingness to undertake remote travel in a manual 4WD vehicle or light aircraft.For a full copy of the Position Description refer to the link provided below.
