Objective:
The Talent Acquisition function is accountable for attracting, selecting and recruiting personnel to meet organisational objectives and operational requirements.
This role involves reporting to the Executive Manager and contributing to the effective administration support and human resource, financial and document management duties.
Key responsibilities include undertaking general administrative operations, providing customer-focused services, acting as a point of contact for applicant queries and contributing to the development of recruitment systems and policies.
Additionally, this role requires ensuring timely and accurate data entry, contributing to team cohesiveness and capability, and promoting a positive work environment.
