Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medico-Legal Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize medico-legal requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and prioritize medico-legal requests
* Process subpoenas, Chapter 16A, and High Risk Birth Alerts
* Ensure compliance with health privacy laws and policies
* Maintain and report on medico-legal databases
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience handling confidential information (public sector a plus)
* Knowledge of Chapter 16A or medical records systems (desirable)
