Our client is one of the Gold Coast's leading law firms They have a head office based out of the Central Gold Coast and have a long standing reputation in the industry. A new opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join their team as soon as possible on a permanent, part time basis.
**Your new role**
This busy role will see you responsible for:
- Provide support to the recruitment function including onboarding and inductions
- Being the first point of contact for any HR related queries
- Reporting and administrative tasks for the HR team and assisting payroll
- Preparing and amending HR documents
- Organising and maintaining employee records
- Assisting the team with reception tasks as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Recent HR Administration experience and/or tertiary qualifications (desirable)
- You must be professional, approachable, have excellent communication skills and time management details with attention to detail
- Understanding of HR related legislation and regulations
