You will

* Warmly welcome and bid farewell to guests, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
* Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, attending to guest needs with care and attention.
* Proactively assist with guest inquiries across all communication channels (face-to-face, telephone, and email), ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
* Provide personalized recommendations on local activities, events, and services to enhance the guest experience.
* Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless service delivery.
* Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, embodying a "can-do" attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
* Exhibit strong decision-making skills under pressure, always prioritizing the guest experience.
* Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication, ensuring clarity and friendliness in every interaction.
