Job Description
YURRA are looking for a motivated Administration Officer to join our growing team. This role is offered on a full-time basis and is based in Karratha. The roster is Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to operational teams
Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries professionally
Perform front desk and receptionist duties, including greeting visitors
Raise and process purchase orders and assist with basic accounts-related tasks
Maintain accurate records, filing, and data entry
Assist with document preparation, reports, and internal communications
Support with scheduling, logistics, and other general office administration tasks
Qualifications
Previous administration experience, including receptionist duties and phone handling
Experience with purchase orders and basic accounts tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
