CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking experienced Franna (Pick-and-Carry) Crane Operators to join our client's civil infrastructure project based in Carseldine Brisbane QLD.
These positions involve lifting, moving, and positioning concrete panels, equipment, and site materials safely and efficiently. Operators will work alongside site teams to ensure smooth project delivery while following all safety procedures.
We are seeking Franna Operators experienced with (but not limited to):
* Operating Franna pick-and-carry cranes on civil infrastructure sites
* Lifting, carrying, and positioning concrete panels, pipes, steel, and site equipment
* Working alongside dogmen, riggers, and site supervisors
* Reading and applying load charts and lift plans
* Conducting pre-start checks and maintaining crane safety standards
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Has proven experience operating a Franna on civil infrastructure projects
* Holds a High Risk Work Licence – C6 or higher
* Holds a Construction White Card
* Has a valid driver's licence and reliable transport
* Demonstrates a high level of safety awareness and compliance
* Can assess tasks and implement safe work methods
* Communicates clearly and works well in a team environment
* Is punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
What We Offer:
* $56.51/Hour + Overtime Rates + Daily Allowances (pending experience)
* Consistent Monday–Friday work with optional Saturday overtime
* 10–12 hour shifts
