We are looking for a detail-focused ANZ Planning Specialist to play a key role in supporting our globally recognised client's supply chain operations.
You will play a key role in aligning and streamlining processes across purchase orders, stock transfers, and master data within SAP, helping ensure efficient material flow, data accuracy and process consistency across multiple warehouses and production sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in coordinating import/export purchase orders, stock transfers, and subcontracting activities to support timely production and delivery.
* Maintain and update material master data, monitor aged stock, and identify potential shortages.
* Support inventory management, including forecasts, safety stock, and replenishment across sites.
* Generate and interpret reports (backorders, shortages) to inform supply chain decisions.
* Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and visibility.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Skills & Experience
* Strong analytical, organisational, and multitasking skills.
* Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive, solution‑oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
