As Doltone House continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering growth for Doltone House as well as Doltone Hospitality Group as we continue to expand.

Your Main Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the events and hospitality sector.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
* Develop and present tailored proposals and offers that align with client objectives.
* Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and strategies that attract target clients.
* Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and trade shows to generate leads.
* Prepare and manage proposals, quotes and contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, including targets, forecasts and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate records of prospects, communications and sales activity using CRM tools.
Your Attributes
* Tenacious and results-oriented, able to overcome objections and maintain momentum in challenging sales cycles.
* Highly motivated by KPIs and revenue goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
* Skilled at identifying client needs and creating tailored event solutions that meet business objectives.
* Strong ability to uncover new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
* Able to present ideas clearly and influence client decisions through compelling proposals and pitches.
Your Experience
* Minimum 4 years' experience as a Business Development Manager or similar sales-focused role.
* Proven experience in business development, sales or account management within the events, hospitality or related industries.
* Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and successfully closing high-value deals.
* Experienced in managing leads through every stage of the sales funnel to maintain a healthy pipeline and strong conversion rates.
* Experience managing client relationships, preparing proposals and driving strategic growth initiatives.
* Knows how and when to confidently close deals and secure commitments from decision-makers.
* Focused on building trust and delivering solutions that ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
