Job Title: Clinical Nurse Educator
About the Role:
This is a Permanent Part-time appointment at 38 hours per fortnight.
We are seeking an experienced clinical nurse educator to join our team and contribute to the development of our nursing workforce.
The successful candidate will have expertise in education and training, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and delivering high-quality care.
* Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff
* Collaborate with unit managers to identify learning needs and develop strategies for improvement
* Provide support for new graduates and junior nurses in their first year of practice
