About the role:
* Sourcing vehicles from dealers where required in a prompt manner.
* Manage and update internal systems to coordinate Deliveries
* Assist in coordinating activities to ensure vehicles are delivered in a timely manner.
* Costing and processing deals for all vehicles
* Complete all used/new vehicle licensing.
* Proactive communication with internal departments to plan job completion
* Bringing cars into stock and maintaining stock lists.
* Booking for transport and raising purchase orders for vehicle reconditioning.
* Communication with the sales team members in relation to vehicle preparation and delivery
* Assisting with new car stock control
* Additional administration tasks when required.
* Covering reception breaks
About you:
* Previous vehicle stock control will be highly regarded.
* Automotive Dealership experience is desirable.
* The ability to work independently and show initiative with a proactive attitude.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* ERA experience will be highly regarded.
* Current driver's license.
