Chanel is now recruiting a Boutique Manager to lead and operate our Fragrance and Beauty Boutique in Chadstone.

The Fragrance & Beauty Boutique Manager leads an energetic and passionate team dedicated to create exceptional experiences for our clients. Through a keen sense of business acumen, the Boutique Manager is responsible for all retail activities that contribute to the brand's image and leadership in the market.
They think 'outside the four walls' of the Boutique and consider the entire client experience across all touch points of Makeup, Fragrance and Skincare.

As a Boutique Manager, you will drive sales, growth, and an unforgettable client experience. You will be energized by ensuring the boutique meets Chanel standards in every aspect, from client service to operations. You will motivate your team to achieve high standards in all aspects of client experience covering key elements of the Art of Relation and drive the team to provide excellent services that can surpass client expectations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
1. Empower the team, provide feedback and show commitment to the growth and development of the team by creating a culture of learning.
2. Partner with our learning team, provide coaching and mentoring in client experience, sales techniques, service flows, product knowledge & expertise.
3. Role model the Chanel service standards for client experience and lead by example on the selling floor.
4. Drive sales to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals, while helping the business define, track and coach traditional KPIs, such as AUS/IPT, etc. with the team.
5. Run additional analysis and reports based on local market conditions, competitor activity and client traffic to take appropriate actions to meet the KPIs.
6. Be committed to CRM KPIs and help the team pro-actively recruit, retain and grow client loyalty.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
1. Demonstrated management experience preferably within a luxury or fast-moving retail environment.
2. Passion for the beauty industry with experience in either skincare, fragrance or makeup. Industry Qualifications would be looked upon favorably.
3. Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
4. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Enthusiasm, energy, and motivation to lead a team to success.
6. Open-mindedness to diversity and cultural differences along with the ability to work with team members and clients of diverse backgrounds.
