Your next career opportunity As a Research Operations Officer within the Graduate Research Office, you will be instrumental in managing study spaces and providing administrative support to enhance the graduate research experience. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse group of researchers, academics, and staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery across the Research Portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Manage Graduate Researcher Study Spaces: Oversee desk allocations, equipment inventories, and facility maintenance to ensure optimal usage and safety. Provide Research Administration Support: Coordinate internal funding schemes, draft communication content, and provide executive support to committees. Facilitate Events and Meetings: Organise venues, manage researcher engagement, and ensure smooth execution of events and meetings. Uphold Compliance and Safety Standards: Maintain quality standards and safety protocols, addressing issues as needed.
