Preferred Experience
Prior retail pharmacy experience with strong product and operational knowledge of pharmacy, retail and stock management.
Prior record in stock management/control.
S2/S3 training.
High competency using various computer applications.
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
Ability to complete catalogue generation.
Invoicing and receiving/unpacking stock.
Prior experience using POS software to generate reports.
Demonstrated experience in stock management and merchandising.
Ability to implement planograms and adhere to a specific store plan.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and serve customers when required.
A passion for retail and pharmacy.
Responsibilities
Maintain all inventory and stock management systems accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
Purchase inventory within agreed time frames and budgets.
Maintain a process for returns/credits, including out-of-dates, damaged and unsaleable goods.
Analyze reports to identify dead stock and initiate action to turn over such.
Stocktake.
Implement catalogue and promotions.
Maintain storeroom in line with OHS protocols.
Merchandising and planograms.
Customer service.

Product training will be mandatory; ongoing training will assist in a better knowledge of the products offered in store, thus providing customers with the best possible service.
