Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Senior Architect to join our Darwin studio as the next 2IC. This role provides a unique opportunity to work across multiple sectors and advance within one of Australia's largest interdisciplinary practices.
Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership: Leading projects from concept through to completion while building a strong presence in the industry.
2. Design Collaboration: Collaborating within a design-focused team to ensure excellence in project delivery.
3. Mentorship: Mentoring a diverse and inclusive team under the guidance of the Studio Leader.
4. Client Relationships: Building client relationships, developing business strategies, and creating project-specific conceptual narratives.
5. Sector Expertise: Contributing to projects in sectors such as health, defence, retail, and culture, including opportunities for remote community engagement.
6. Procurement and Construction: Managing procurement, construction, and building services with a strong design focus.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring a strong passion for creativity, leadership, and innovation, with a drive to push boundaries and deliver impactful designs. They will possess excellent verbal, graphic, and presentation skills, alongside proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and other relevant software.
