As a Travel Concierge, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting journey, guiding our travel agents through a world of possibilities. Whether it's over the phone, through email, or via chat, you'll provide exemplary customer service, ensuring every interaction is clear, helpful and genuinely top-notch.
If you've got a passion for travel and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you! Reporting into the Travel Concierge Team Lead, you will work together through coaching, training and development to help you thrive.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Build and maintain an understanding of Designer Journeys' value and approach
* Apply the Designer Journeys sales methodology learnt in coaching and training sessions
* Use calls (supported by email and chat) to build and manage effective relationships with travel agents from enquiry through to travel and beyond
* Provide high levels of customer service, measured through compliance and customer feedback
* Build and maintain knowledge of product and successfully apply said knowledge to problem solve and convert enquiries into bookings
* Manage pipeline enquiries to deliver a high conversion rate from enquiry to booking
* Offer a 'Best in Class' level of service to travel agents
* Provide input and suggestions to optimise the Designer Journeys' booking process and communications

* You possess strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
* Full-time hours: 9am - 5pm (AEST/AEDT)
* Must attend weekly meetings as scheduled
* Must be based in Melbourne. Working from our office in Cremorne 4 days a week (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri - Tues is WFH)
* Some weekends and additional hours may be required to help support the team
* Opportunity to 'work from anywhere' at business discretion at certain times of the year
