Role Responsibilities
* Our Australian team is looking for a visionary and execution-oriented Senior Brand Marketing Manager to be the architect of the Zeekr brand in Australia and New Zealand. You will have the unique opportunity to build our brand narrative, define how we connect with local audiences, and drive commercial success through powerful marketing. You will be the ultimate steward of the Zeekr brand in ANZ, responsible for developing the strategic blueprint and leading its creative expression across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand & Product Positioning / Strategy
* Develop and own the comprehensive brand and marketing strategy for the ANZ market, aligned with global direction but deeply tailored to local consumer insights, competitive landscape, and cultural nuances.
* Define clear product positioning for each Zeekr model launch, ensuring a compelling and differentiated value proposition in the premium EV segment.
* Establish measurable objectives (awareness, consideration, equity) and KPIs, continuously tracking performance and adapting strategies.
* Brand Narrative & Key Message Development
* Craft the master brand narrative for Zeekr in ANZ – translating our global philosophy into a locally relevant and inspiring story.
* Develop key messaging frameworks that consistently communicate our brand pillars (e.g., premium design, cutting‐edge technology, user‐centric experience) across all communications.
* Ensure all marketing outputs, from PR to social media, are "on story" and contribute to a cohesive brand image.
* Provide strategic creative direction for all key visual assets (KV), hero films, digital content, and social media campaigns, ensuring they embody the "Big Idea" and brand narrative.
* Oversee the end‐to‐end production process for major creative projects, from briefing agencies and creators to final delivery, guaranteeing premium quality and brand alignment.
* Develop the overarching annual brand campaign theme that sets the strategic and creative direction for the year, aligning with global initiatives and local market ambitions.
* Conceptualise and own quarterly campaign platforms that translate the annual theme into specific, executable, and high‐impact marketing initiatives (e.g., product launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, brand experience events).
* Brand Consistency & Guardianship (Tone, Visual, Story)
* Act as the primary guardian of the Zeekr brand identity in ANZ. Develop and enforce local adaptations of global brand guidelines for tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging.
* Ensure absolute consistency across all channels: advertising, dealer communications, social media, events, and partnerships.
* Train and align internal teams (Sales, PR, Retail) and external agency partners on the brand strategy and creative platform.
* 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, strategic planning, or campaign management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful, integrated brand marketing strategies from concept to analysis. Experience in the automotive, premium technology, or luxury/lifestyle sector is highly preferred.
* Deep understanding of the ANZ consumer and media landscape. Prior experience launching or building a brand in this region is a significant advantage.
* Exceptional strategic thinking coupled with strong creative judgment. You can articulate a big idea and critique a storyboard with equal authority.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
* Data‐driven mindset with experience setting KPIs and using analytics to optimize marketing performance.
* A passion for electric vehicles, technology, and innovation. You are excited by the challenge of building something new and defining a category.
