Summary
As a Dynamics 365 Functional Supply Chain Lead, you are considered a supply chain expert and have in depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O. You are energetic and passionate about Dynamics 365 F&O and how it can be used to solve complex business problems. You have the capability to lead project engagements and support pre-sales, perform demonstrations when required, providing expert services to solution complex supply chain requirements and supporting functional Solution Architects across primarily D365 F&O and associated ISVs, including multiple technologies and offerings. With your solution and industry experience you will lead the Supply Chain stream and provide functional guidance and direction leveraging your deep knowledge of D365 F&O. You are also seen as a technology leader within the Dynamics 365 community, and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events. Key Responsibilities
* Evaluating and understanding the business process and preparing high level solution blueprints and design documentation.
* Ability to analyse client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet clients' requirements and objectives.
* Work closely with clients and other team members to define, design and align the business application to the business requirements.
* Convert requirements to functional specifications and functional design documents
* Functional consulting, design and configure D365 F&O for clients on Supply Chain, Production, Warehousing and related modules
* Have experience in handling SIT, End user training, UAT and Go Live.
* Have experience in data migration activities.
* Manage and deliver small projects independently. Lead other consultants in delivering according to client expectations; take ownership of successful completion of deliverables and projects.
* Participate in the development of functional design documentation and technical specifications, unit, and system test scripts, and deployment plans to perform SIT testing.
* Facilitate functional sessions and weekly status meetings with clients, including the ability to be a trusted advisor for a client to make decisions.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience
* Worked on numerous end-to-end implementation projects using multiple implementation methodologies.
* Experience working on large complex, multi region client projects Strong experience using Azure DevOps.
* Solid experience in consulting, configuration and supporting of customisation of Dynamics 365 F&O.
* Strong experience in Pre-Sales, demonstrations, etc.
* Excellent communication skills along with good analysis and documentation skills.
* Should have a positive and can-do approach.
* Experience working in a collaborative environment.
* Appropriate Microsoft certifications.
* Worked under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work processes.
* Australian citizenship is required, and candidates must be eligible to obtain security clearance. (Existing security clearance is preferred but not mandatory)
* The role is open to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne candidates
* You will be willing to travel interstate if required for project requirements.
