We are looking for an experienced
IVR Test Lead
to join a critical healthcare engagement for our client
Infosys
. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in
IVR testing
,
end-to-end test management
, and
CX assurance tools
such as
Hammer, PumpCX, or Cyara
.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead
end-to-end IVR testing activities
across functional, regression, integration, and UAT phases
* Design, develop, and execute IVR test scenarios covering
DTMF, speech recognition, call flows, and routing
* Hands-on experience with
IVR testing tools
such as
Hammer OR PumpCX OR Cyara
* Manage test planning, execution, defect management, and test reporting
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, development, telecom, and vendors
* Validate IVR performance, reliability, and customer experience across healthcare workflows
* Ensure testing aligns with
healthcare compliance, quality standards, and SLAs
* Mentor junior testers and provide test leadership on complex IVR programs
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as an
IVR Test Lead / Senior IVR Tester
* Strong hands-on experience in
any one or more tools:
* Hammer
* PumpCX
* Cyara
* Solid understanding of
IVR architectures, call flows, speech/DTMF, and contact center environments
* Experience managing
end-to-end testing activities
* Healthcare domain experience
(mandatory)
* Strong knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
