Accounts Payable Officer

About the Role
Reporting to the AP Manager, you will manage a high‑volume volume of accounts payable processing across inventory, expenses, and reimbursements. You will work closely with suppliers and internal branches throughout Queensland to ensure all invoices, reconciliations, and payments are accurate and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Process high‑volume AP transactions across multiple categories.
* Complete supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal branch teams regarding queries.
* Support general AP administration, inbox management and workflow tasks.
* Use Excel, Outlook and EDI systems (experience highly regarded).

* Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Confident working autonomously and managing competing priorities.
* QLD Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
