About the Team The Sport Intelligence & Analytics team utilizes data to improve athlete performance and provide a competitive edge to Australia's high-performance sports system. The team handles data engineering, analytics, science, governance, and manages platforms like the Athlete Management System and AIS Hub for Australia's high-performance sports sector.
About the Role The role involves providing quality support and advice to the Sport Intelligence & Analytics (SI&A) team. It includes managing various projects, coordination, and logistical tasks to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.
About You The successful candidate will be a motivated individual capable of supporting the SI&A team in achieving its performance objectives efficiently and effectively. Key requirements include:
Experience providing senior administrative support to diverse teams, preferably within a government context Knowledge of administrative processes such as budgeting, procurement, and grants Experience in project and program management and delivery Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong ICT and technology skills Experience managing communications with a broad range of stakeholders Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Experience in high-performance sport (desirable) This position is offered as an ongoing role.
