Laurieton United Services Club for two Front of House Supervisors to manage our front of house. Experience is preferred however training is provided for the role.

A Bistro Supervisor must be highly organized, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage front-of-house operations effectively. Exceptional communication and attention to detail are essential to delivering outstanding dining experiences. Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for hospitality will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
As Bistro Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day front-of-house operations at the Boardwalk Bistro. This includes managing and supporting the front-of-house team, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and ensuring seamless service to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
In addition to your supervisory responsibilities, you will work closely with the Management team and other key personnel to align the bistro's operations with broader business objectives. Whether it's improving team efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, or streamlining service, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the Boardwalk Bistro.
Objectives
* Oversee the Bistro waitstaff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional service standards.
* Uphold the company's mission and vision with every event.
* Comply with all national and local regulations etc. WH&S, Food Safety.
* Manage the front of house operations within the Boardwalk Bistro.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Bistro Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Boardwalk Bistro, managing waitstaff, coordinating with the Head Chef, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key duties include:
* Optimising service flow.
* Resolving operational issues.
* Managing bookings.
* Overseeing rosters.
* Maintaining compliance with WH&S and Food Safety standards.
* Addressing guest concerns, building patron relationships, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and budget-conscious front-of-house operations.
Requirements and Skills
* RSA and RCG Accreditations (or willing to obtain).
* Outstanding communication, negotiation ability and well-organized with multi-tasking skills.
* Experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment.
* Experience working/managing a FOH team.
