What you'll be doing
* Maintaining compliance, risk, audit and action registers
* Coordinating audit evidence and chasing outstanding actions
* Tracking corrective actions, control gaps and risk items
* Supporting dashboards, reporting and management updates
* Managing document control (versions, reviews, records)
* Partnering with operational teams on governance and compliance requirements
* Supporting continuous improvement and project tracking
* Flagging overdue or high-risk items — and escalating when needed
What you bring
We're looking for someone organised, confident and detail-focused, with a "get-it-done" mindset:
* Experience in compliance, audit support, risk, governance, QA, or coordination roles
* Strong admin, tracking and follow-up skills
* High attention to detail (you spot what others miss)
* Confident managing registers, trackers and action logs
* Clear, professional written communication
* Ability to work across teams and engage stakeholders
* Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
Bonus points if you've worked in security, logistics, banking, or another regulated environment.
