We are partnering with a major delivery organisation supporting large-scale infrastructure and technology programs across Rail and Telecommunications.
Due to continued project demand, we are seeking an experienced Project Contract Manager to support end-to-end contract lifecycle activities, from pre-award support through to execution, variations, claims, and close-out, while protecting margin, managing risk, and improving commercial outcomes.
What you'll be doing Support the full end-to-end contract lifecycle: pre-award inputs, mobilisation, execution support, variations, and close-out.
Drive contract adherence across all contractual partners (customers and suppliers) and ensure flow-down/flow-up alignment.
Manage risk and value: prevent/minimise value leakage, maximise value capture, and coordinate risk management activities.
Lead and support claims management (analysis, drafting, negotiation) and maintain strong commercial governance.
Review, interpret, and negotiate contract terms and conditions, including technical/operational obligations.
Provide practical project support through strong planning, reporting, and process discipline to improve delivery outcomes.
What we're looking for Demonstrated commercial/contract management experience within Rail or Telecommunications Experience supporting delivery teams in construction, IT, telecommunications, or complex project environments.
Strength in claims, variations, and dispute/issue management with confident drafting and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders with strong customer relationship capability.
Strong commercial acumen with awareness of cost, profitability, and risk controls.
A background in law/contracts/commercial management is highly regarded (e.g., legal training or substantial commercial contract experience).
