MAINTENANCE CARPENTER WANTED — PERFECT FOR A RETIRED BUILDER OR EXPERIENCED TRADIE

Resi Homes is on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Carpenter who knows their way around a home from frame to finish — someone who's got the experience, the pride, and the steady hands that only come with years on the tools.
If you're a retired builder, a mature‑aged carpenter, or simply someone who's stepped back from the big construction grind but still enjoys quality workmanship, this role might be exactly what you've been waiting for.
This isn't fast-paced, high-pressure site work. It's the satisfying stuff — internal fixouts, maintenance requests, touch‑ups, and handovers that make a home feel complete.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Completing internal fixouts and finishing work
* Handling general maintenance requests across new builds
* Preparing homes for handover to clients
* Ensuring the final product meets our high standards
* Working independently with the confidence of someone who's "seen it all before"

REQUIREMENTS
* Carpentry trade qualification
* Driver's licence + reliable vehicle
* White Card
* Ability to work independently
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
* Comfortable using a phone for emails, job apps, and timesheets
