Role Responsibilities
* Develop realistic and effective environments for evaluating and training models on bookkeeping workflows.
* Evaluate and train models on data entry, schedules & accruals, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
* Collaborate with teams to improve AI model training and evaluation processes.
* Provide structured feedback to enhance model outputs and training data quality.
* Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve model performance.
Qualifications
* CPA or equivalent accounting certification.
* Experience in bookkeeping workflows including data entry, schedules & accruals, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
