Join a fast-growing SaaS business delivering complex platforms to enterprise clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role with an 80:20 split between delivery and team leadership. You will own delivery across key accounts while directly managing a team of senior Delivery Managers. You will stay close to delivery, step into escalations, and drive outcomes across multiple implementations.
What you'll be doing
* Own delivery outcomes across timelines, quality and client satisfaction
* Manage programmes and portfolios valued between $5m and $15m+
* Own commercial performance across accounts, including budgets, revenue, margin and outcomes
* Act as escalation point for complex delivery issues
* Directly manage a team of Delivery Managers, including 1:1s, performance and development
* Coach and uplift delivery capability across multiple accounts
* Oversee multiple delivery streams running concurrently
* Work closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders
What you'll bring
* Experience delivering SaaS or software implementations to external clients
* Background in SaaS, consulting or professional services environments
* Direct line management experience of Delivery Managers or Project Managers
* Experience managing senior team members
* Experience overseeing multiple client accounts at the same time
* Proven ownership of commercial outcomes, including budgets, revenue or account performance
