Main Responsibilities:
* Virtual diary management and coordination
* Document organization and filing
* Day-to-day operational support and administration
This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field an asset
* Minimum 2 years' experience in executive support or related role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
