Overview:
Our client is seeking a Process Analyst to join a complex, multi-stream technology transformation initiative. This role will suit someone who thrives on working across diverse business units, is highly collaborative, and has strong experience in Process Analysis and large ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creation of as-is and to-be business processes, system processes, and data flows.
* Identify inefficiencies, inaccuracies, gaps (including compliance) and opportunities for improvement, and raise change requests and/or retrofit into process artefacts
* Facilitate process workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit business & system process steps and define the future state operating model and end-to-end processes.
* Create clear and accurate business process models using BPMN standard.
* Develop & maintain comprehensive business process documentation and traceability.
* Support downstream teams (i.e. change, development, testing, others) throughout solution development lifecycle.
* Collaborate with business analysts to interpret and identify process impacts as a result of business and system requirements.
* Ensure systems align with the business strategy and business processes, and architecture designs.
* Liaise with Business, vendor and delivery team to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications.
* Author transition to BAU process artefacts
* Ensure clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Identify potential project risks and issues and work collaboratively to develop and execute mitigation plans.
* Perform other duties as assigned within your scope of practice/work.
Required experience:
* Proven experience as a Process Analyst, preferably in transformation programs, including As-Is and To-Be business and system process design.
* Strong understanding of Finance, Payroll and/or HCM functions, compliance, and best practices, with experience in HR and Finance/Payroll systems such e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, ADP).
* Skilled in BPMN process modelling using tools like Visio or Signavio.
* Experienced in facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to gather and validate processes & requirements.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent documentation skills, with a focus on business process and analysis artifacts.
* Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
* Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
