Director, Commercial Customer Service & Supply Chain
We're hiring a strategic, people-focused leader to join CSL Seqirus as Director, Customer Service & Supply Chain (ANZ), based in Melbourne.
In this critical role, you'll lead end-to-end supply chain and customer service operations, ensuring patients receive essential therapies safely, reliably and on time. You'll shape strategy, drive performance, and partner across the business to deliver strong commercial outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end supply chain and customer service strategy and execution across ANZ
* Oversee Sales & Operations Planning, demand and inventory planning, logistics, and distribution
* Drive a customer‐centric approach, improving service performance and experience
* Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, TGA, GDP) and manage risk
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise cost, efficiency and performance
* Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
* Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance, as well as external partners including government, suppliers and logistics providers
Your Skills & Experience
* Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent highly regarded
* 10+ years' experience in supply chain/customer service leadership roles
* Experience working within the pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare sector preferred
* Professional certifications (e.g. CSCP, CPIM, PMP) advantageous
* Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with experience linking operations to business outcomes
* Proven ability to lead cross‐functional teams and complex operations
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
