The Role
We're after an experienced Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and install a wide range of domestic appliances. This role would suit either a licensed electrician or a qualified refrigeration mechanic who thrives on solving problems and delivering excellent service.
You'll spend your days hands-on in the field, helping Sunshine Coast families keep their homes running — no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of appliances
* Carry out installation and commissioning of new appliances
* Warranty and preventative maintenance work
* Record parts, notes, and photos in job management software
* Provide customer service that reflects our reputation
You'll Need
* Current Driver's Licence
* QLD Electrical Licence or Refrigeration Licence
* Experience in appliance servicing & installations
* Strong diagnostic and communication skills
* Professional, reliable, and customer-first attitude
About You
* Whitegoods experience (fridges, ovens, dishwashers, washers/dryers) highly regarded
* Electrical or refrigeration trade background preferred
* Adaptable, independent, and motivated to grow your skills
* Customer-focused and proud of your workmanship
