Manage logistics partnerships and distribution contracts, ensuring performance standards and cost targets are met. Collaborate with procurement, operations, and suppliers to identify service gaps and implement improvements. Oversee distribution data, reporting, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Develop and deliver strategic initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive business outcomes. About You Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG or food services. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration. Proven track record in project delivery, continuous improvement, and change management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
