About the role: We’re looking for a dynamic Clinical Lead to guide the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide clinical leadership, oversee care pathways, and ensure that the centre continues to meet the complex and evolving needs of young people aged 12–25 and their families. You’ll carry a caseload, contribute to clinical reviews, and support your team with supervision, guidance, and mentoring, ensuring that every young person receives care that is safe, effective, and empowering. As a key part of the leadership team, you’ll oversee compliance with clinical governance, contribute to service development, and strengthen relationships with schools, health professionals, and community partners. You’ll also identify opportunities for continuous improvement, embed best practice into everyday work, and play a hands-on role in shaping innovative services that make a real difference in the lives of young people. About you: Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, or Occupational Therapy, with AHPRA/AASW registration. Demonstrated leadership experience in youth mental health, including clinical supervision and multidisciplinary team support. Advanced clinical skills in triage, assessment, and evidence-based interventions (e.g. CBT, psychoeducation, etc). Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage young people, families, and stakeholders. Experience contributing to clinical governance, quality improvement, and service development. Organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in electronic clinical systems and Microsoft Office. Other requirements Based in Emerald, QLD Level 7 under SCHADS Award (Plus Super & NFP SPB's) Must be eligible to work in Australia, with all relevant employment checks completed (e.g. current Blue Card and Yellow Card).
