Key Responsibilities
The Parts Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, accurately interpreting parts manuals and catalogues, and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
This hybrid role involves interacting with customers face-to-face and over the phone to provide expert advice, processing orders, handling transactions, and coordinating with suppliers to meet tight deadlines.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and checking incoming stock, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and assisting with warehouse organisation.
