If you’re ready to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact in a fast-paced industry, we want to hear from you!The Role:Manage the administration team to ensure seamless operations and high service standards.Ensure efficient use and management of sales systems.Lead and manage the onboarding of new sales team members, equipping them with the necessary training and resources.Continuously improve the experience of current agents, addressing their needs and concerns.Assist with the recruitment of new sales talent, providing support to the GM of Sales during the hiring process.Monitor and enforce transactional compliance, assuming licensee in charge responsibilities.Review and approve agency agreements.Oversee the distribution of sales leads, ensuring timely and effective allocation.Plan, organize, and oversee sales specific events.The Candidate:A keen understanding and interest in real estate sales teams, their quirks, and what makes them tick.Prior experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting a Principal, Director, or GM.Thorough knowledge and understanding of NSW legislation & compliance.An approachable and professional attitude, always.A meticulous, organized, and observant operator - you’re someone who’s dedicated to keeping things on the straight and narrow.A sound communicator with the ability to deliver feedback and advice in a fair and constructive way.A sound understanding of the aforementioned compliance legislations.Class One licence holder (preferably NSW).This is an incredibly rare opportunity with a leading brand!
